Farbod’s love of real estate development and investment started when he was a teenager, watching his family manage multiple real estate properties across major cities globally.

In college, he chose Civil Engineering to prepare himself for the journey ahead. Prior to starting his company, he spent several years working as a structural engineer, with clients in both private and public sectors. The deep analytical skills he developed during this time has parlayed seamlessly into his real estate career. 

Farbod credits Los Angeles and the west coast’s deep historical architectural heritage for his interest in architecture and design. It was, however, his successful purchase and renovation of his first home in Silver Lake that inspired him to start his own business.

The rest is history. He has invested in multiple properties in west and east LA, from Silver Lake, Echo Park and Highland Park to Venice Beach, all highly desirable neighborhoods in LA. Some were historical LA houses, some were not, he made them profitable investments nonetheless. He added ADU units for some, to serve as a guest house to host family members and friends during their visit or to rent out for monetization on the side.
